Nearly 60 inmates escaped a prison in the northern Mexican town of Nuevo Laredo in a breach believed to be orchestrated by the Zetas drug organization.
The mass breakout occurred after a riot in which seven prisoners were killed. A number of guards suspected of involvement have reportedly fled.
