Some of us suffer from bipolar and cope by hurting ourselves. The greatest feeling in the world is finding help for this serious form of depression. Let us drop the stigma. It is not crazy, it's depression.
Chin up girl...in my experience, pills help and a talk on the couch or group helps. You just have to find what works best with you. True strength comes from pain. A pain that can be diminished and mastered.
