Chloe Sevigny's Latest Looks (PHOTOS, POLL)

Chloe "I don't want to talk about my style" Sevigny is one of our favorite sartorial statement makers, and we know you're into her, too.

Since our last Sevigny style roundup, we've seen her in leather and lace, rocking a faded denim jacket in lieu of a more traditional shawl or cardigan. In other words, she's living up to her reputation as a '90s-grunge-with-a-modern-twist style queen.

We loved the laser-cut black leather dress she wore to the first runway presentation of her ongoing collaborative collection with Opening Ceremony, and her leather and eyelet look at the CFDA Ceremony was pretty great, too.

She wears trendy, expensive clothes but she really doesn't have any "style". Often times the outfits she picks are unflattering on her and her hair and makeup are usually a mess.

Since Chloe Sevigny is obviously obsessed with fashion and style, I'm surprised she never took the effort to analyze her figure and determine what looks best on her. With her short neck and long, pointed chin, high necklines make her look freakish, as though her head were connected directly to her shoulders. To create the illusion of a longer neck or any neck at all, Chloe should wear moderately low but absolutely simple necklines without necklaces or any decoration to call attention to that part of her body. By all means, she needs to stay away from high necked tops, especially turtlenecks, which should be banished from her wardrobe immediately.

I want to like Chloe, I really do. I liked Sonic Youth at the time she was in their video. Had friends who were skaters at the time she made Kids and have basically liked her movie choices (with the exception of Brown Bunny - not because of the BJ, but just 'cause it was a dumb movie). However, her fashion sense is just Wrong. All of her things aren't ugly in and of themselves, but with her choices of hair and makeup, just make her look Wrong.
And as an actress, I swear, she needs to start moving her face. Having the same expression all the time does NOT pass for enigmatic emotions.

Why does everyone have a problem with "you're". If you have such a problem with an apostrophe, at least type "you are". It's actually starting to get on my nerves and I'm not even a grammar freak... just saying, come on, people!

Glad you posted....I'm having such a time reading bad grammar.....it just jumps out at me and it's so hard to think people actually went to school....it's hurtful to the ears when you hear it and blinds you when you read it......grammar freak!! (and proud of it)

She is a fantastic actress. When she's on the screen, I can't take my eyes off of her. But, if we are asked to comment on these fashion statements; I hate to say but she should not leave the house looking like that. :(

I think she is a darling of the independent movies. She definitely has a strong personality. However, she doesn't know how to dress well. Or, this has just crossed my mind. Maybe she is also acting while wearing these clothes.
