PICS: First Lady Films 'Extreme Makeover,' Repeats Target Dress

Michelle Obama was on-the-go on Thursday.

FLOTUS first stopped by the set of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where Michelle and friends are building a house for homeless female veterans. The episode is set to air this fall.

For her reality T.V. debut, Michelle picked a purple blouse, gray capris and sneakers. She also wore a blue-and-green printed dress by Chris Benz with a bejeweled belt.

In the afternoon, our leading lady toured the Joining Forces program at Oceana Naval Air Station in Virginia Beach. She changed into a Merona for Target frock that we originally noticed in 2009. Thrifty!
