Walt Disney's home, the Woking Way Residence, has been listed at $3.65 million. Located up a private driveway, this Los Feliz estate is secluded and gated.

Walt and his wife, Lillian, built the home in 1932 on over one acre of land. The architecture blends elements of Mediterranean, Tudor, and French Normandy design styles. The two-story living room includes a Juliet balcony, vaulted beamed ceilings, rod iron spandrels, and stained glass windows. All of this was featured in the January 1940 issue of Better Homes and Gardens, according to the official listing. The 12-room mansion was built for $50,000 and completed in a little over two months, according to Curbed LA.

Walt Disney's legacy remains his imaginative filmmaking, and this four bedroom, five bathroom home reflects just that. The "heart of the home" is a projection/screening room built for Disney by his studio to watch dailies. From the listing:

...possibly "Snow White," "Fantasia," "Bambi," and "Cinderella" may have been viewed while the family enjoyed private screenings such as "Gone with the Wind" and "Citizen Kane."

Along with the screening room, the property comprises two speakeasies, a billiards room, a playhouse (as seen in "The Man Behind the Myth"), a sleeping porch, a library, and expansive city views.
