The Des Moines Register is reporting that Iowa State defensive back Earl Brooks was arrested on Sunday morning and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Brooks, a senior, played in every game for the Cyclones last season, amassing one tackle, and being named to big 12 honor roll.
According to SB Nation, Brooks faces up to a year in jail for the crime.
Iowa State head coach Paul Rhodes has not announced the punishment for Brooks' actions.
