Anderson Cooper released one of the first promos for his upcoming talk show on Tuesday.
The promo for "Anderson," which premieres September 12, shows Cooper sitting on a New York City sidewalk, and talking about all the regular stuff he does--he rides the subway or his bike to work, he gets his hair cut at the same barbershop, he runs into strangers.
In New York, he says, "you never know who you're going to meet, what you're going to learn, what you're going to step in. And that's what I want my daytime talk show to be like: an adventure."
The ad has been released at the same time as Cooper is in LA, talking to television critics about how his show will be much more Oprah and much less Wolf Blitzer.
