Selena Gomez, 19, Quenches Thirst With Cold Beer (PHOTO)

She may be the next big thing, but that doesn't mean Selena Gomez is exempt from the law. The 19-year-old singer recently posted a photo to her Facebook of herself and three friends throwing back a few brewskies.

But don't jump off of the 'sweet and innocent Selena' bandwagon yet. Although she did not caption her photo, we're pretty sure that the raven-haired beauty isn't indulging in the real deal. From the looks of it, Gomez is sipping on Butterbeer -- the "Harry Potter" wizards' beverage of choice, of course.

some of you need to learn to READ! It's NOT real beer! It's at Harry Potter world at Universal Studios, they sell Butter Bear, it's a very sweet, almost soft drink, with a foamy top. VERY MUCH a kid like drink. If anyone needs to be brought to task here it's AOL for misleading people with this article!
