Kevin Durant Silences Heckler At Nike Pro City Game (VIDEO)

WATCH: Kevin Durant Silences Heckler

Apparently, scoring more than 100 hundred combined points over the course of two games in two days wasn't enough for one New York City hoops heckler. Despite dropping 41 points—including a rim-shaking dunk on an alley-oop in the first half and a clutch three-pointer in the waning moments of regulation to force overtime—and leading his team to victory in the Nike Pro City game at Baruch College, NBA superstar Kevin Durant had to deal with jeers from one section of the crowd due to a slow start and a key missed free throw. Basketball blog Got 'Em Coach captured the heckling and all of Durant's reactions.

Just one day after erupting at Harlem's famed Rucker Park for an eye-popping 66 points, Durant was being heckled by a fan who mockingly called him "Baby LeBron" after a slow start to the game. Of course, any one who watched the 2011 NBA Finals might have thought that it was actually quite like the full-grown LeBron James to miss a key shot in the fourth quarter. The heckling fan then chanted the name of Russell Westbrook, Durant's All-Star teammate with the Oklahoma City Thunder who enjoyed a breakout season as the team reached the 2011 Western Conference Finals.
