Christina Norman, Janice Min, Jane Buckingham, and Lori Leibovich Offer Career Advice At BlogHer 2011 (VIDEO)

WATCH: Talking Success At BlogHer

This past weekend HuffPost Women and HuffPost Parents hosted a panel at the 2011 BlogHer conference in San Diego. We live-blogged the discussion as it happened, and now we're sharing some of our favorite moments in the videos below.

The theme of the conversation was how women can redefine success on their own terms. We heard Janice Min, Editorial Director of The Hollywood Reporter, and Christina Norman, former CEO of OWN and Executive Editor of Huffington Post Black Voices, discuss how women can better approach competition in the workplace. Jane Buckingham, founder of Trendera and author of "The Modern Girl Guides," talked about how we deal with the fact that men seem to feel so much less conflict than women do between work and family life. And Lori Leibovich, The Huffington Post's Executive Women's Editor, recalled what a difference a female boss made for her at a crucial moment in her life.

Overall, the discussion revealed a lot of hard-won wisdom, answered many questions, and provoked some new ones. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Agree with the panelists? Disagree? We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
