Tara Reid On Big Brother UK: Joins Pamela Anderson, Bobby Brown

In the ever-revolving wheel of celebrities reemerging on the reality television show carousel, one more has jumped aboard. The Sun reports that actress Tara Reid has signed on to join Celebrity Big Brother UK, along with Pamela Anderson, Paddy Doherty, Whitney Houston-ex Bobby Brown, David Hasselhof-ex Pamela Bach and several members from the show Big Fat Gypsy Weddings.

Meanwhile, the press is already pitting the "Baywatch" and "American Pie" blondes of the house against each other, who will reportedly have to shower in a see-through glass-paned bathroom under constant 24-hour surveillance.

While Anderson's an old hand at the game -- she's appeared on Big Brother Australia and a similar version in India, Bigg Boss -- this is the first for the 35-year-old Reid. Whether the she counts on the show to be her big comeback remains to be seen -- Reid has made a string of straight-to-DVD flops and suggested she was at work for a sequel to "The Big Lebowski," which was dismissed the Coen brothers.

Big Brother UK airs on August 18th.
