The video, by Vimeo user Mindrelic, took a little over a month to create, he reports.
Filmed between March 12th and April 29th, he used views from hotels as the basis for the video.
There is something even more startling about filming cities in time lapse form. Of course, this isn't the first time lapse of New York (and it won't be the last) that we've seen and loved.
