BFFs Oprah and Ralph Lauren are throwing each other a big party.
For those who didn't realize that the two were so close until Oprah devoted the sixth-to-last episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to Lauren, now they're making it official with a gala entitled "Lincoln Center Presents: An Evening with Ralph Lauren" hosted by the talk show queen herself.
The gala, sure to be star-studded, will take place on October 24, Women's Wear Daily reports, and will have Oprah enjoining Lauren in conversation about his life and career (much like she did on her show back in May, we presume).
WWD writes that the party will be held at New York's Lincoln Center, current host to New York Fashion Week.
While the gala will raise money for The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, we're guessing the focus will end up being the high-profile guests to show. While no list has been released, expect to see Ralph's family (including newlyweds David Lauren & Lauren Bush) and friends.
Perhaps Sheryl Crow, who has called Lauren her "favorite designer," will grace the stage with a performance? Stay tuned for more details and read up about the event at WWD.com.
