Actor Matthew Perry just paid $8.65 million for Hollywood Hills house that was listed at $9.9 million, sources have told AOL Real Estate. The 4,000-square-foot custom-designed house, perched above the Sunset Strip, has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and views to die-for from downtown to the ocean.
A real "Hollywood" style home, there is a "wet edge" pool and spa with solar and gas heating. There's also a custom theater with velvet seating for nine on a level below the pool, which has a two-inch thick Perspex underwater pool window. We've only seen that one in the movies.
