Artist June Bum Park 'Controls' Parking Lot With His Hands (VIDEO)

South Korean artist June Bum Park has been working on a series of videos for years now where he stands above a public place and then records his hands moving over the scene below, creating the illusion that he's controlling everything.

It conjures the image of a child playing with toys, only the toys are real living people who don't realize they're part of the scene. It's a little like "The Truman Show" meets The Sims meets viral video -- and we love it.

It was an interesting concept, but it was played out after about 30-45 seconds. I wouldn't consider it "art" either, but more of a YouTube quality project.

Poor editing and he didn't do a great job with all the people walking around (who wants to see that much of his hands though really?) but I like the premise and I'm hardly a proper critic.

Okay...I just fast forwarded it to see if there were any cars of other colors and realized that it's a loop. Those are all the same cars (and people) over and over again. If I had sat through 5 minutes of that before realizing it was a loop, I'd have been PISSED.
