Ever seen a stage manager go into a wild panic? It's more entertaining than you might think.
This local Fox affiliate in West Michigan experienced momentary panic when the traffic reporter failed to show up to his or her mark, causing the crew to flail about. But the stage manager proved that he was a true professional with his sound instincts: He immediately started giving an impromptu traffic report, or at least (literally) going through the motions of one.
We hope the traffic reporter in question was okay, but if not, the stage manager (who happens to be a dead ringer for Larry David) could surely fill his or her shoes any day.
