Megan Fox Removes Marilyn Monroe Tattoo, Talks Diet

Megan Fox: Why I'm Removing My Marilyn Monroe Tattoo, How I Got Too Skinny

For Megan Fox, it's in with bread and out with ink.

The former "Transformers" star has long been known for her distinctive tattoos (thanks in no small part to her propensity to reveal the skin that they adorn), but she recently decided to say goodbye to her most famous ink job of them all: her inner forearm tattoo of Marilyn Monroe's face.

"I'm removing it," she told Italian Magazine Amica, on whose September issue cover she features (via Celebrity-Gossip). "It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life."

There is also the matter of another change to her body that she's trying to undo; in what is such a universal problem, the Armani Jeans girl says that she got too skinny on her altered diet.

"For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee," Fox revealed. "But I had lost too much weight. So now I eat a bit of everything. I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak."

There's also a bit of a change coming to her show biz career, too. Having famously not joined up for "Transformers 3," she's now pursuing comedy, with a small role in Judd Apatow's "This Is 40," which comes complete with some hilarious relaxation time.
