One week after a Jihadist website called for David Letterman's death, "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson had a terrorism scare of his own. And, again like Dave, Ferguson used his monologue Tuesday night to react and mock his would-be threateners.
Ferguson received a letter Tuesday at CBS in Los Angeles containing a mysterious white powder that was later deemed harmless. The police are still investigating who sent it and Ferguson doesn't really speculate in his monologue.
He does, however, joke about what he (and Geoff) thought the white powder was originally -- something they might have enjoyed in the past. Ferguson also talks about the ensuing chaos at CBS that was, according to him, by far the most attention ever paid to "The Late Late Show."
