Brittany Delgado, Brienna Delgado, Subdue Hit And Run Driver With Wrestling Moves (VIDEO)

Watch: Wrestling Sisters Slam Hit And Run Driver

While most hit-and-run drivers might expect to feel the long arm of the law, one such motorist was surprised when a pair of wrestling sisters brought him down as he fled from the scene of an accident.

Brittany and Brienna Delgado were traveling in a car driven by their grandmother when it collided with another vehicle. As the driver of the other vehicle attempted to run from the scene, the sisters put their skills from the wrestling mat to good use on the streets.

Brienna, who took the lead in the pursuit, told The Oklahoman:

"When I was chasing him I was still yelling, 'You need to come back,'" she said. "I wasn't wearing the proper footwear. I got a little road rash when I tackled him."

KFOR.com reports that Brienna caught and tackled the man and used a wrestling move known as the double chicken wing to subdue him until the police arrived on the scene.

Unfortunately for the fleet-footed driver, the Delgado girls were more than qualified to bring him down. The Post Game reports that Brittany began wrestling when she was 3 and is a two-time national champion in the Women's College Wrestling Association. Brienna will be a freshman this year.

UPDATE: A woman who identified herself as the Delgado sisters' grandmother wrote HuffPost to clarify that she was in the passenger seat and Brittany was driving. Another news report, cited in the video above and mentioned here, had indicated that the sisters' grandmother was driving. Whichever seat she was in, we're sure she's one proud granny.
