Janet Healy, a longtime Hollywood movie producer, is selling her Silver Lake Spanish hacienda for $1.549 million.
The 3,923 square-foot home was built in 1934 and features wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, elaborate European hand-painted ceilings and 20 Spanish tile murals surrounding the gardens. Wrought iron gates secure the home, and panoramic ocean views open it up to the sea.
Healy was a visual effects producer for films such as "Jurassic Park," "Terminator 2: Judgement Day," "Ghostbusters 2" and "Casper". She also produced "The Lorax," "Despicable Me" and "Shark Tale."
