'Fox and Friends' anchor Juliet Huddy chronicles this costly lotto mishap. Security camera footage shows the clerk tearing up a lottery ticket as she straightens up the store. "The clerk you are looking at is ripping up a winning lotto ticket worth $10,000," Huddy narrates. Footage then shows a customer standing at the counter as Huddy explains, "It belongs to this woman, who bought the scratch ticket and asked the clerk to check if she won. The clerk thought that she lost. She ripped it up and tossed it." An hour later, the clerk's husband arrived and fortunately decided to double check the ticket, discovering it was in fact a winner. "The mystery woman from Gresham, Oregon is welcome to claim her winning ticket. The store owner says it was an honest mistake," Huddy reports.
