Britney Spears VMAs 2011 PHOTO: Hit Or Miss?

It's a big night for Britney Spears at the VMAs.

At the ripe old age of 29, the veteran pop starlet is receiving a lifetime achievement tribute and she kicked off the evening by accepting Best Pop Video honors for "Till the World Ends."

But more importantly, what do you think of Brit's sparkly sequined black Moschino romper, which she accessorized with a belt and some fierce footwear?

Brittany's Moschino dress looks beautiful but the shoes ( or are they boots) look bad and make her look shorter and heavier.
She looks very healthy and younger than 29 so maybe she is leading a healthy life now.

it looks terrible...

the outfit is too snug for her un-toned body and the shoes make her legs look very short
and thick!

I thought she looked good. Don't like the shoes with the romper though. Some pumps would have been nice. She does need to start dressing a little more on the elegant side. You can be sexy and classy at the same time...

Why do you think everyone is so concerned about every detail of singers/actors lives? Do you think it is because they have no life of their own? Do you think people are living vicariously through stars' lives thinking they have an intimate connection with them? I have often wondered. I am serious. Can anyone tell me?

Where's my Lifetime Achievement Award........................for making it past 50, waking up every morning and going to work, for enduring loss of family, for going off the deep-end and swimming back to shore, for being laid off AFTER 25 years of waking up every morning and going to work, for living life............................all without the luxury (and safety) of the cash Ms. Spears has. In fact, where's everbody's Award? And what's with the outfit? No, no, no I don't like it at all. I'm hip and can appreciate fashion but I'd like to see her in more elegant, classy outfits but...........................just goes to show money does not give you taste.

First they knock her for wearing an outfit that she's too old for, than they say she's too young to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award, and all that hair couldn't be hers cause she was bald several years ago. What the #%$^ ???? She's sold zillions of albums, worked her ass off doing it, toured and entertained one of the largest group of LOYAL FANS since she was in 1st grade, she's been thru heaven and hell, given birth to two boys, been married twice, been thru a divorce, contributes to dozens of charity organizations, and she's survived the cruel attacks and distorted reports from the news media She's done more in her 29 years than most could do in a century.....She's done far and beyond what it takes to deserve a lifetime achievement award! What she DOESN'T deserve is the unfounded negative criticism from those that don't have a clue as to who she is and what's she's done. Congratulations Brit! I wish you everything good for the future and bountiful Blessings for all you've 'Given'.... of yourself...to us all!
