Jennifer Aniston's Home With Justin Theroux In The Hollywood Hills

First Posted: 08/31/11 03:02 PM ET Updated: 10/31/11 06:12 AM ET

Now that Jennifer Aniston has unloaded her zen buddhist-bachelorette pad in Beverly Hills for a cool $38 million, she's retreated to higher ground with a lease on a Hollywood Hills home in the bird streets.

Realtor.com has the scoop on where she's crashing when on the West Coast. Aniston is leasing a $3 million home with boyfriend (and fellow-actor) Justin Theroux. The property has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, an ozone pool and a spa. The garage has also been converted into a family room. At 1,761 square feet and only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's practically a closet compared to Aniston's former 10,000 square foot home.

According to public property records, the home belongs to couple Eliza Dyson and Joel LeVangia. When the NY Times featured the couple in their wedding announcements section in 2005, Dyson was a film location scout and Joel Levangia was a screenwriter. RealEstalker reports that when the home was last on the market, the rental price was $20,000 per month.

Aniston also has property on the East Coast. Her recent purchase of two West Village apartments will be converted into a 2,700 square foot duplex.

I just love this house (except for the open kitchen cabinets) It seems intimate and perfectly low-key compared to the huge house she just sold.

Hey Jen! are you reading this?, you better hire me to come out there to re-do that new home of yours, Jen it reminds me of the Movie, The Shining, a ghost house, the furniture is very old, nothing modern that I can see at all, even the pool looks like it's from the 70's!, that garage for the cars, omg! Brady bunch is back!. I say the way the house is structured, and looks, it may be worth about 1.5 Million where it's located. The way it looks now, kind of sad!.

A house does not make a home. We shall see in time if it becomes a home or just another romp in the barn with a new bull.

The ineterior decorating is horrible. The house is cold, unwelcoming and just plain ugly.

Aniston has great taste in homes. If only she'd apply that same excellent taste to her selection of movie scripts.

Jen you can do much better than Justin!!! As for the family thing ASAP , Humm maybe you already have bread in the oven cooking Jen. It's all about what people think , right?
I thought you would find someone like Brad or at least his class. I just can't see you and Justin. Why would you down grade? Because of the bread already cooking?
