Britney Spears Sparkles On Glamour UK October Cover (PHOTO, POLL)

Britney's back, bitch.

After stunning everyone with her chic look on the VMA red carpet and proudly accepting the "Michael Jackson Video Vanguard" award on stage, Britney Spears seems to be on the rise again.

The mother of two may have solidified her comeback on the October cover of Glamour UK, wearing a gleaming, feathered Matthew Williamson frock.

But Britney's also sporting some dark, dramatic eye makeup that may be bordering on raccoon-ish and her typical blonde locks are showing a hint of root.

Although the dress looks fantastic, the garish blue-and-orange color combo of the cover and the garish-looking text are also not working in Brit's favor.

Any one can look good after spending 3 hours in makeup. Heck you could
almost make Kathy Griffin look halfway decent in that time (sorry Rosie O.

I think she looks however she wants to look and the media should stop critisizing her down to her "raccoon-ish" eye make-up and hint of roots. Put yourself in her place and let us choose your flaws. Yay or Nay doesn't work for me so I'll choose No Say.

She looks like a badly dressed/made up local girl you would see almost anywhere, not an internationally known pop superstar. I;m surprised at Vogue UK. Normally they do something far more feminine and polished. This misses the mark on everything.

I've worked with professional photographers and models for years and this is simply just a very bad photograph. The lighting is bad, the highlights and shadows are bad and the pose is simply unflattering. The face, which should be front and center is overpowered by the bad color choices and lack of proper makeup. Where are her cheekbones? Why is her lips and cheeks washed out and the eyes made up like she just woke up with all her makeup on. Totally unprofessional and makes her look a decade older. I'd fire the whole lot of them if it were my magazine.

wow she looks bad to me I havent seen a photo in a long time of her and when I saw this one hoenstly not to be mean at all the first thing that came to my mind was amy winehouse..they have that same look and i love amy. I just hope britney doesnt end up the same sad way amy did ..best wishes britney
