With the news that yesterday was Jonathan Taylor Thomas' 30th Birthday, we started to feel really old. But then nostalgia kicked in and we started remembering the wonderful era that was the 90s and all the other teen heartthrobs it had to offer.

Below is a collection of some of the hottest teen stars of their day -- some left teen stardom for real fame and continue to impress us, while other have fizzled and are better remember fondly for the work they did in their youth.

They should have quick while they were ahead ...... in the early 2000s even though I cant see how Kevin was a huge part of the deal obviously without him they and all the other boy bands & teeny beenies now and their crazy style I cant see them been big again ever.

It's alot like high school, for some of the guys they hit their peak in the 90s. For some they were able to keep things going, and continue to delight us. Life is cruel sometimes, who knows why some succeed and others don't? I enjoyed looking back with this article, oh the cuteness, *blush.*

In the late 90s I predicted Hanson would be bigger then the Beatles. Also, predicted Enron would be named company of the year as well as the Postal Service putting the internet and emails out of business.

Joshua Jackson was very good in a recent Canadian film called "One Week." Very low key but worth watching. He plays a humdrum elementary school teacher who is diagnosed with stage four liver cancer and, instead of starting treatment right away, freaks his family and fiancee by buying a vintage motorcycle and riding across Canada -- to do something he's longed to do before it's too late.

It's one of those unusual movies where absolutely every thing that happens really could happen to someone on a road trip. And Jackson doesn't ruin it by "mugging" every emotional moment.

James Van Der Beek's main problem is one of diction. I watched nearly every episode of "Dawson's Creek" and only understood about four words he mumbled. Same in other rolls I've seen him in.
