The mayor of New Jersey's largest city did an about-face Monday after saying he would release documents requested by the American Civil Liberties Union, while speaking on a radio talk show last week.

Mayor Cory Booker said Thursday on WBGO's monthly "Newark Today" that correspondence about the donation of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's $100 million to Newark Public Schools would be turned over to the ACLU.
