As far as style crushes go, Rachel Bilson has our hearts.
She continually nails it with her eclectic high-low style (such as this black blazer-leather shorts ensemble). Her fashion savvy got her noticed by Karl Lagerfeld, who tapped her for his latest project with Magnum ice cream.
So we were excited to see Bilson on the cover of Women's Health's October issue, talking not only about fitness (unsurprisingly, like most enviably slender starlets, she rarely hits the gym) but her fashion loves... and misadventures:
"I cut a vintage dress recently, and it was not a good result. I cut it way too short. We had a funeral—there were tears."
Yikes -- Rachel is clearly not a D.I.Y. queen. At least she can't mess up her shoes the same way, as Bilson gushes about her current shoe crush, Charlotte Olympia.
The "Hart of Dixie" star also talked about growing older -- specifically, turning the big 3-0.
"Everyone tells you that things are going to change, so I’m waiting for something to happen. Like I’m going to grow another boob!” Bilson said. “But it is a milestone. You’re coming into your own."
