'You've Been Trumped': Donald Trump Invited To Golf Course Documentary Screening Debut

Donald Trump may claim he's "an environmentalist," but You've Been Trumped a new documentary paints another picture of the billionaire in his quest to build a dream golf resort along Scotland's coastal region.

Director Anthony Baxter follows Trump's every movement along with capturing the view of Scottish politicians in support of the job creation project, reports the Guardian. Locals residents and environmentalists against the construction also feature in the film.

With an environmental track record to balk at -- in August Trump spoke out against windfarms ruining his golf course view- that hasn't stopped filmmakers from inviting him to the screening in Edinburgh this week. The Hollywood Reporter says he's already going to be in Scotland, so we won't put it past him to attend.

Who knows? Maybe he'll even stay for the Q&A session after the documentary's debut.

"US tycoon Donald Trump has written to Scotland's First Minister objecting to plans to build an offshore wind farm near his luxury golf resort.

In the letter to Alex Salmond, the billionaire described the wind turbines as "environmentally irresponsible".

The Trump Organisation also filed an objection to the planning application.

A planning application for an 11-turbine wind farm off Aberdeen Bay, 2km (1.2 miles) from his golf course, was submitted to Marine Scotland in August.

The European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre is a £150m joint venture by utility company Vattenfall, engineering firm Technip and Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group.
'Ugly cloud'

Mr Trump's golf project is nearing completion.

Work on the £750m development, featuring a hotel and homes, on the Menie Estate on the coast began a year ago.

In the letter to Mr Salmond, he said: "Unfortunately, instead of celebrating the start of something valuable and beautiful for Scotland, this ugly cloud is hanging over the future of the great Scottish coastline.""

Trump leaves a pile of shoddy construction and bad taste where ever he sets his mark. The vast majority of the projects that bear his name are just licensing it. This guy is as fraudulent as they come.

Whoever the photo editor at Huffington Post is they do a great job selecting photos for all the stories that involve politicians or media personalities. I rarely don't laugh when I see any of these headline pictures.
