Michelle Obama Heads To UN General Assembly In Neon (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: FLOTUS Goes Neon For New York Trip

With things looking glum and gloomy on the world stage (assassinations, international statehood drama, typhoons, etc), Michelle Obama brightened things up with her neon ensemble on Monday.

Departing for today's UN General Assembly in New York with President Obama, the First Lady wore a multicolored print dress by Duro Olowu (a repeat!) with a neon yellow cardigan cinched with a wide orange belt and orange flats to board Air Force One. She kept her handbag simple with basic black leather (a bag that actually doesn't look familiar to us... but we like it!).

The presidential couple has landed in New York, as FLOTUS attended a fundraiser on Park Avenue this morning and will be joined by her husband at a second fundraiser tonight.

While we wait to see what outfits she picks for those events, check out Michelle's awesome neon ensemble below.
