Brighton Colorado Home A Hard Sell After Neighbor Erects Warning Sign

WATCH: Colorado Man Could Learn A Thing Or Two From Mr. Rogers

There's nothing wrong with the house for sale in Brighton, Colorado, but after the house's neighbor erected a 12-foot-tall sign warning potential buyers of his propensity to party, interested persons have been scarce. Add in additional warnings of "3 Rottweilers, Loud Music, Loud Cars, Anti-Horse, Fireworks," and even Mr. Rogers might have second thoughts.

9News reports the sign belongs to Titus Terranova, who, despite the realtor's objections, feels he's only making his lifestyle known before potential neighbors commit. "Let's make sure we're all going to live around each other and be happy," he says in an interview, "I make it pretty clear what's over here ... if you don't like that, don't buy this house."

Adams County Code Enforcement officers ticketed Terranova Tuesday for an illegal sign, graffiti, and having too many vehicles and trailers on his property, reports 7News.
