Get A Total Body Workout -- In 10 Minutes (Video)

Sometimes a quick, high-intensity workout is a better use of your time than a 30-minute sweat session. Or at least, that's what Sean Foy, author of "The 10 Minute Total Body Breakthrough" teaches in his four-three-two-one method of training. That's four minutes of high energy aerobic training (or HEAT), three minutes of upper and lower body resistance work, two minutes of core exercises and one minute of stretching. He gears it towards pregnant and new moms, but the moves work for everyone!
