Kirstie Alley Denies Surgery and Bulimia After Losing 100lbs

Kirstie Alley looks amazing after recently losing 100 pounds. But the formerly "Fat Actress" wants you to know that she lost the weight the old-fashioned way -- through diet and exercise.

Today the 60-year-old actress, who recently walked in the Zang Toi runway show during New York Fashion Week, tweeted:

"Thank u for all your SWEET comments.. NO surgery, NO flippin lasers, NO barfing, NO starving...Jeez ...my products, organic food, dance. end."

Alley's weight has been yo-yoing for years, prompting speculation that this last massive weight loss was assisted by gastric bypass surgery, or an eating disorder as was reported by the tabloid The National Enquirer.

The former "Cheers" star is threatening legal action against the Enquirer for their report that the Alley has become bulimic, vomiting after every meal to lose weight.

Alley, who can't spell the word "bulimia," responded to the allegations via Twitter on Tuesday, writing:

"Soo.. heard that the Enquirer is running with a story that Im bulemic (sic)...lol..JEEZ!!! "sources" JEEZ.. never hurled a meal in my life..JEEZ"

She then tweeted:

"Bulemmia (sic), is a serious sitiation (sic) not to be taken lightly.. it can cause death..this accusation is degrading 2 those who from suffer it."

The actress then told her Twitter followers, it is "important to me that you know I lost ALL my weight in the healthiest possible way..organic delicious foods, my Rescue Me & dancing...period."
