Carlos De Jesus, Hitman, Falls In Love With His Mark (VIDEO)

A hitman was struck with Cupid's arrow and couldn't pull the trigger on the woman he was supposed to kill.

The Daily Mirror reports that hired killer Carlos de Jesus was paid to bump off Iranildes Aguiar Araujo by Maria Simoes who thought she was having an affair with her husband.

But Jesus couldn't go through with it, so he hatched a plan to fake Araujo's death.

Ummm... anyone else wondering if it's actually possible to get charged with extortion when it's something ILLEGAL? It's sort of like a you sueing a drug-dealer for giving you a bag of sugar instead of drugs. Not exactly a court case I would want to be charged with.

That's what I thought, or attempted murder ? There must have been a plea agreement. The judge must have thought it was so funny. That wife could be dangerous. She might try something like that again, or the hit man might actuallly kill someone, or maybe he did once.
