Creator of the illustrated "Dexter" poster series, Mattson is taking the love a step further with a full animated version of the "Dexter" opening sequence. Mattson was inspired most directly by the work of Saul Bass, the graphic designer who created the iconic posters for "North by Northwest," "Vertigo," "West Side Story," "The Man with the Golden Arm," but we could be here all day. Mattson captures the stylish, retro concept well, and it's still as eye-pleasing as it was 50 years ago.
