Like, an actual, literal party thrown by Ronald Reagan's campaign staff, dating the video to either circa 1979 or 1983. He tries to file a report live from the scene several times, but his coverage can't be heard over the Republicans yelling. Perhaps a certain president in 2011 might know how he feels, if you know what we mean.
