More people take the GMAT in America than any other country. Harvard's first Master of Business Administration -- or MBA -- class had 47 students. The oldest business school in the U.S. is the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, the graduates of which inclue Warren Buffett and Donald Trump.
