'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1': Listen To Bruno Mars New 'Twilight' Single, 'It Will Rain' (LISTEN)

Bruno Mars Twilight

Who knew the lead single for the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" soundtrack would be so darn infectious? Doo-wop inspired pop artist Bruno Mars put his pain into a pop song -- and we're not sure if it works as a lead single for "The Twilight Saga" (a.k.a. the most melodramatic saga ever).

Mars dropped "It Will Rain" on Tuesday (Sept. 27), and somewhere, we bet millions of twihards are sobbing during Mars' emotional chorus, "Cause there'll be no more sunlight, if I lose you, baby." Not to be picky, but Edward doesn't really like the sun anyway...

The chorus continues with, ""There'll be no clear skies, if I lose you, baby/ Just let the clouds, my eyes will do the same if you walk away/ Every day, it will rain."

On second thought, maybe this is perfect for an Edward and Bella love anthem. It must be Mars' most melodramatic single yet. After all, for a teenage girls, no one captures pure heartbreak and true love like Bruno Mars. However, we still prefer "Grenade."

The full "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" soundtrack will drop November 8, just before the film's opening on November 18.

This guy is a sellout and writes lame, uninspired music. But he's made money, so I guess that makes him talented, right? Lot's of people make money without talent. Lots. Turn on your TV for 10 seconds, you'll probably see one.

To address responses:

"You never won a Grammy did you?"

No, first of all, winning Grammy's are not indicative of talent, and second, just because you have never done something does not mean you cannot criticize another person for doing it. You people who use arguments like this sound like children.

"You are jealous"

Yes, of course I am jealous, because he gets to make TONS of money for writing simple, bubblegum melodies behind lyrics you might find in a 15 year old's history class notebook.

"Why do you have to be so negative, good for him!"

I wish I could say that, but the state of mainstream music today is so bland, so engineered, so bleak, that when I see people like him being successful while far more creative and inspired artists are struggling to stay afloat, I simply cannot support it.

The blame lies with the consumers. I don't need to be agreed with, just don't allow yourself to be spoon-fed without realizing it.

Not really a fan but it doesn't matter he's talented and the best thing about Twilight is always the soundtracks. Bought every single one. They're amazing.

Bruno Mars is a fine talent. I am sure that most of you whining and complaining about him have never written a song or a lyric in your life and you certainly have never won multiple Grammys. Now have you. So chill please.

What a no talent bum. This "music" is schlock. If it weren't for the "woo woos" and "oh ohs" and "la la las" prevalent in so many other "talented" songwriters, his "songs" would last about 10 secons.

I think Tyler the Creator had the best course of action when it comes to this guy.

A mediocre talent who does blow....and gets off from the Felony it should have been.....and gets a check for horrible music for a less than mediocre film............so it goes!

I don't like this song, and I usually love Bruno Mars.
