Calle 13's newest music video "Latinoamérica," is out and the Puerto Rican reggaeton duo has created a beautiful blend of salsa, cumbia, and tango—and of course, it wouldn't be a Calle 13 song without socially conscious lyrics.
The music video was directed by Jorge Carmona and Milovan Radovic and features new footage shot throughout Latin America - a continuance of the journey the stepbrothers embarked on their documentary "Sin Mapa," which was released on DVD and iTunes in July. "Sin Mapa" follows Calle 13 as they traveled throughout several Latin American countries on their tour. Calle 13 was nominated for 10 Latin Grammys this year, two of which are for "Latinoamérica."
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this story stated that the music video reused footage from "Sin Mapa." The footage shot by the brothers was actually previously unused footage from the same trip.
