'Glee' Exclusive: Matthew Morrison Covers Coldplay's 'Fix You' For Season 3, Episode 3 (LISTEN)

Because we love our awesome readers -- and "Glee" -- we wanted to reward your awesomeness with an exclusive stream of Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison) performing Coldplay's "Fix You" on the upcoming (and highly anticipated) Oct. 4 episode, Asian F.

And yes, Gleeks, this is the first Coldplay cover in "Glee" history! But we're warning you, it's a sad one. Could this be the end of Will and Emma? Say it isn't so!

While I'm a real fan of this song, I'm not a fan of Matthew Morrison's voice.

I actually made did a recording of 'Fix You' with a friend of mine (him on guitar, me on voice) and it came out pretty well. The only thing I didn't like about it is that my friend who produced it added all this pizazz to it. I'm more of a purist when it comes to recording songs, so I made my own version on GarageBand, without all the bells and whistles.

Fail. "Can't complete requested item in Canada" Guess I will have to wait to decide what I think. Because of it's emotional background and soaring vocal's it is my least favorite Coldplay song to be sung by anyone other than Chris Martin, but it is a beautiful song!

Is anyone else hearing Chris (Kirk) on this song? I hear Matthew a bit but it seems like a duet if anything.. And following the end of last weeks try outs it makes sense don't you think? It will play on Kirk and Blaine relationship......

Fix You has grown on me since it was released. It seems to have become one of Coldplay's more popular songs over time. Not a bad cover, but yeah, the bridge could have been better.

Again, Glee haters make fools of themselves by fixating on a show they despise. Why are you even on this page? Move on to something you like-- then brace for haters dumping on that. You sound like bullying, pre-enlightened Karofskys in overcompensating denial. Why tear down something that makes so many people happy? Pathetic. Get a life. There's never been a TV musical like Glee, which I guess makes it a target for not fitting in. Is my hair not acceptable either? Sheesh.

this show brings tears of boredom to my eyes. the only episode i've ever made it through was the, "rocky horror picture show" tribute as the music from that one remains tremendous. the girl with the schnoz and the gay kid irk me to no end.

Matthew Morrison has proven to be an incredibly UNspontaneous actor who comes across like a real-life Rachel Berry: annoyingly self-impressed. After a horribly flopped album, I think Morrison wants to be "Blaine," but his character is actually YOUNG.

I enjoy much of the music in GLEE, and almost all of Brittany's one-liners; but since the first season I haven't been able to figure out Sue's non-stop venom and it's thoroughly worn out.

Loved Glee the first season, really liked it the second season, can't even manage to make it through a single episode this current season. Somewhere this show went completely off the tracks (probably about the same time they decided that continuity wasn't even remotely needed).

Umm...what? I'll be the first to admit that I obsess over this show for completely illogical reasons, but the second season was overall mediocre at best after the fame went to the writer's heads. Only towards the end of last season did Glee find itself again. I'm confused that you think there is no continuity now as that was the major problem with the second season, and only 2 episodes in this season they've finally decided that continuity, especially with first season, is quite important.

Yes, the second season was the season where they threw continuity out the window and I honestly haven't noticed it changing at all this season. Perhaps I'm over the show for different reasons I don't know, but when they started this season w/ Mercedes suddenly having a new boyfriend like Sam barely existed it was just the straw that broke the camels back. I guess I'm also a bit sick of the whole underdog card they keep playing. Puck & Finn played football as did Sam, Santana, Brit & Quinn were are cheerios, and now Mercedes is dating a football player - I just have a hard time believing that two years later they are still gonna get picked on and have slushies thrown in their faces. Perhaps if the show would not have steered so far off of course by the end of last year I would be willing to give it more of a chance, but I just can't see wasting my time watching it. Hopefully for the fans who remain the show picks up and becomes great again.
