Rosie O'Donnell Redecorates OWN Offices, Buys New Bras

Winfrey To O'Donnell: 'This Is My Nightmare'

Rosie O'Donnell is making Oprah Winfrey's old headquarters her OWN. And although O'Donnell has inherited one of the finest production teams, she is doing things her way. Which has meant tearing down the cubicles at Harpo and redoing the offices with couches, pillows and lots of open space.

"Oprah came in to see it and was like, 'This is my nightmare,'" O'Donnell told "Extra" on an exclusive backstage tour. "I don't know, I guess because it's too open."

Calling TV a drug that she can't wait to get addicted to again, industry insiders says that this is O'Donnell's big chance to remind everyone why America fell in love with her in the first place.

"She's going back to where she came from and going to start every show with stand-up comedy," a friend of the comedian tells me. "It's going to be a fun, positive show that Oprah will be proud to have her name attached to. Rosie is in a great place personally and ready to welcome us all back into her happy life."

"A little comedy, a song, a dance, a little salsa in your pants," was how O'Donnell described the new show to "Extra" from her new set.

But that's not all that's new. O'Donnell confesses that she bought all new bras for her primetime gig. Welcome back, Rosie!

"The Rosie Show" premieres on OWN on October 10.
