New to the Hollywood Hills rental market is this mid-century property listed at $10,995 per month. The home was built in 1959 and is currently owned by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen and his actress wife, Isla Fisher.

This home was also listed last year when the family moved to a nearby Laurel Canyon estate, reports Realtor.com. The previous listing price was $2.9 million with a rental price of $11,995 per month.

This four bedroom home sits on property grounds that include a pool, covered patio, and outdoor exercise area.

The "Borat" star can be seen in the upcoming film, "The Dictator" set for release in 2012. The lady of the house has numerous films expected for 2012, but we are most excited for "The Great Gatsby" -- Fisher plays the role of Myrtle Wilson.
