Matthew Perry's mid-century modern mansion in Malibu hit the market on Wednesday at $13.5 million, and 'Friends' fans everywhere got a sneak peak into the actor's bent toward minimalism, clean lines, and oceanfront views.

Perry bought the home in 2005 for $6.5 million, according to AOL Real Estate, and nearby neighbors used to include Mel Gibson until he put his farm estate on the market last year.

The home, called a "landmark architectural statement" in the official listing, has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and has 5,500 square feet of living space. It sits on 2.32 acres of land on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The listing also notes that the home has "one of the best movie theaters in town" -- and with a walk score of 35 out of 100, that's sure to come in handy.

Realtor.com notes that the actor has been caught up in a real estate buying-and-selling frenzy this past year. In addition to listing this Malibu manse, he recently bought a mid-century modern home in the Hollywood Hills and listed a Sunset Strip condo.
