Sibby grew up in Texas and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and has brought both places' sensibilities to the aesthetic of Juniper Hills. The property is said to bring an instant sense of tranquility to all who visit there, whether they're lounging by the pool, eating handmade pizza under the pergola, or enjoying a book by one of the fountains found on the property.
