BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- Argentina's president has had to cancel an event because of a bout of low blood pressure.
President Cristina Fernandez was supposed to visit a printing plant Tuesday as part of her re-election campaign for Argentina's elections Oct. 23. Her office says doctors advised her to rest all day after she showed symptoms of hypotension.
It is not the first time this year that low blood pressure has forced the 58-year-old leader to change plans. She canceled a visit to Mexico in April and early in the year she postponed an event similar to Tuesday's visit to the factory.
