WATCH: MGMT Discusses Upcoming Guggenheim Show

MGMT is playing at the Guggenheim November 10 and 11 for the Guggenheim International Gala After-Party in conjunction with the new exhibit, Maurizio Cattelan: All.

The band stopped by the Wright restaurant and drank bloody mary's to discuss what it will be like to play the Gugg. Among their realizations: there is something egg-like about the Guggenheim, sound is a spiral, their college terrorist art somehow relates to Cattelan, and they probably won't be contacting Sheri Oteri for a collaboration.

In other words, it's a great interview. If you want to see the show, you can purchase a ticket for the Gala on the 10th or the performance on the 11th. Details from the Guggenheim website below.
