In this video, Lauren shows Peggy S., a busy mother of four and registered nurse, how to make a quick and easy dessert with the help of her kids. Lauren and Peggy slice fresh, seasonal fruits (blueberries, strawberries and green grapes) to fill popsicle molds, but any fruit will do. They layer the fruit, and then pour in the children's favorite fruit punch (Capri Sun). Finally, popsicle sticks are inserted halfway -- spearing the fruit, if possible, to create a sturdier popscicle -- and the molds are put in the freezer. Just a couple hours later, these fresh, fruity popsicles are ready to be enjoyed.
