Julianne Hough Steps Out In Rachel Zoe Tuxedo Dress (PHOTOS)

Julianne Hough attended the Cinema Society's screening of "Footloose" in a black dress. Not just any black, dress: a tuxedo-style ensemble designed by Rachel Zoe. To accessorize the dress, Hough added black pumps and kept accessories to a minimum. Does this mean that Rachel Zoe will join the ranks of successful celebrity designers? The famed stylist recently launched a lifestyle brand in addition to her successful like of accessories for QVC.

Celebrity designers are everywhere right now. Vogue Nippon and street style icon Anna Dello Russo recently wore a black dress designed by Kanye West. Additionally, Victoria Beckham and the Olsen twins have made names for themselves as legitimate designers.

Sexy Girl, Incomplete dress, should be worn with leggings, or pants! even a garterbelt and thick stocking would be better than this! and the heel should have a pltform or be shorter, Im beting you can tell if she is thonged or Commando!

Forget the dress; her face look very different. Almost unrecognizable. All that plastic surgery has turned her from quirky beautiful to bland pretty (and resembling Madonna).

It looks like she's hiding sexy lingerie under that dress. I don't know. I feel like that's the kind of thing you wear when you go to your boyfriend's house and you want to "surprise" him. I guess that's just me.
