Taylor Lautner Gets Grilled By 'GQ' About Dinner With Dustin Lance Black And Gus Van Sant, Gay Pass

Taylor Lautner Gets Grilled By 'GQ' About Dinner With Gay Friends

"Twilight" star Taylor Lautner graces the cover of the October/November issue of GQ Australia.

The cover story, which features the usual references to the pitfalls of fame and questions about his "Abduction" co-star Lily Collins, also also includes a moment when the actor gets grilled about a recent dinner with "Milk" screenwriter Dustin Lance Black and "Milk" director Gus Van Sant.

After being asked if the two gay men made a pass at him, Lautner replied, "No, definitely not... I think they know I'm straight. But they're great guys. They're a lot of fun."

The question is raising some eyebrows.

The Advocate pondered whether the interviewer, Mickey Rapkin, who is gay himself, would have asked him the same question if the actor had "dined with two older straight women."

Probably not. But with rumors about Lautner possibly being gay running rampant on the Internet, it's not surprising that the men's magazine might have been looking for a way to address his sexuality.
