A.J. Hawk Flips Middle Finger: Packers Linebacker Makes Obscene Gesture After Sack (VIDEO)

Green Bay Packers inside linebacker A.J. Hawk entered Sunday's game with just a half a sack to his credit through five games. Having recorded just a half of a sack all of last season as the Packers won the Super Bowl, Hawk may have thought that he'd already gotten his yearly allotment in the category.

Perhaps that is why Hawk was so very fired up when he sacked St. Louis quarterback Sam Bradford early in the second quarter of the Packers' demolition of the Rams. As part of his sack celebration, Hawk flipped his middle finger at someone. The act was caught by the CBS cameras and will surely earn the six-year veteran a fine.

Seeing as how Hawk was gesturing toward his own sideline it's possible that this finger wasn't flipped in anger. But that distinction probably won't make any difference to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Sorry, but the uniforms are bad. I don't care about a dude flipping off his own sidelines, since one of my players flipped off the entire crowd. And Brady is UGLY no matter what he does.

I like the way the NFL celebrates its long history with the throwback uniforms. But they should only do it when BOTH teams wear them, otherwise it looks pretty silly.

Personally, I would have loved to see the Rams in their blue and white uniforms from the days of the "Fearsome Foursome" in the 60s.

I have to totally agree about seeing fingers all Sunday long, than watching Baseball players constantly spitting. It's disgusting and is the reason why I do not watch baseball. They're spreading all their diseases around. As for the finger; put him in the category of stupid football players in front of a camera.
