"Early Show" host Chris Wragge tweeted a somewhat personal photo to his followers on Tuesday: a shot of his arm hooked up to an IV at a New York hospital.
The reason? A nasty case of food poisoning which has kept Wragge away from his CBS show for the whole week. (He later tweeted that he will be back on the job on Thursday.)
